Jus22 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jus22 ("Platform", "We", "jus22"), in relation to the use of the website and all services offered on https://jus22.asia along with all related subdomains and applications.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jus22 platform—including Sports Betting, live casino, lottery, poker, slots, or any other games—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Jus22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Registered members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal compliance requirements.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the jus22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia at the time of placing a bet or making a financial transaction.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not listed as an individual prohibited from using gambling services for any legal or regulatory reason.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any recognised gambling platform.

Employees, partners, agents, affiliates, and their immediate family members who are directly involved in the operation of the jus22 platform are not permitted to register as members or participate in any promotional or bonus programme.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the jus22 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or device information is strictly prohibited. jus22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate any identified duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and any other information requested. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jus22 account password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. jus22 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Jus22 accepts deposits via Malaysian local digital payment methods only. Accepted methods include:

Deposits made using a payment method registered to a third party are not permitted — accounts found using payment methods not in the account holder's name may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jus22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

5.1 General Rollover Requirements

• All credited bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Rollover is calculated based on the total (deposit + bonus) × the rollover multiplier specified for each bonus.
• Cancelled bets, void bets, and bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting rollover requirement.
• All Live Casino games and slots contribute 100% toward the casino rollover, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only, for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Jus22 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, coordinated group bonus abuse, or a breach of any part of these Terms.
• All bonus claims are subject to verification by the jus22 team and may be declined without prior notice if the conditions are not met.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the jus22 platform are subject to the following rules:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the jus22 system and a reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system—whether due to technical disruptions, odds errors, or any other reason—are not considered valid, and jus22 reserves the right to void them without liability.

6.2 Odds Errors

Jus22 is not liable for any errors in odds display caused by system faults, data entry errors, or technical mistakes. Bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect (for example, odds significantly below or above true market value) may be voided by jus22. The determination of whether odds are "clearly incorrect" is at jus22's sole discretion.

6.3 Match Results

Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body — the Malaysia Super League (FAM), BWF for badminton, the EPA for the EPL, and so on. Any result amended following an official governing body investigation within 48 hours of the match's conclusion may result in a review of the settlement of related bets.

6.4 Live Betting & Cash Out

The live betting and Cash Out features are offered at jus22's discretion and may not be available for all markets or in all circumstances. jus22 reserves the right to suspend live bet acceptance or the Cash Out feature at any time during a match without prior notice.

7 Casino Games & Slots

All casino games—including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Game Show Live, and slots—operate using software from internationally recognised licensed providers.

7.1 Game Fairness

RNG (Random Number Generator) games use algorithms that have been verified and certified by independent testing bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed are long-term estimates based on millions of game rounds—they are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session. Each round's outcome is independent and unaffected by previous results.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, jus22 will endeavour to restore the state to the last verified point based on system records. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to the player's account balance. jus22 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be verified due to technical disruptions caused by third parties.

7.3 Collusion

Any attempt to collude with other players, use automated software (bots), or exploit system bugs to gain an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved will be suspended immediately, and all balances and winnings will be frozen pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gambling

Jus22 takes our social responsibility seriously. Gambling can become a problem for some individuals, and we are committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for all players.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

All members can access the following self-control tools through the "Account Settings" section of the jus22 platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session before the system prompts you to take a break.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This action cannot be reversed.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jus22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn. jus22 will process closure requests within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 business days.

9.2 Suspension by jus22

Jus22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or misrepresentation of information during registration.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party assistance tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Suspected money laundering or other illicit financial activity.
• Unauthorised chargeback requests.

In cases of suspension resulting from confirmed fraud, jus22 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings held in the relevant account.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The jus22 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, jus22 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Jus22 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet or telecommunications service disruptions beyond our control.
• Technical failures on the part of third parties, including e-wallet providers and banks.
• Unsatisfactory betting or game outcomes, provided fair play can be verified.
• Actions or omissions by the user themselves, including loss of password or unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of our services in certain regions.

Jus22's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

11 Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

1. First Stage – Direct Discussion: Both parties will endeavour to resolve the dispute through direct discussion within 30 days from the date the dispute is raised in writing.
2. Second Level – Mediation: If direct discussion fails, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.
3. Third Level – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration in Malaysia under the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).

Use of the jus22 platform from outside Malaysia is entirely at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jus22 platform complies with the laws applicable in their local jurisdiction.
